1. Force-quit the app (swipe up from the bottom, then swipe the app away). 2. Restart your iPhone. 3. Check the App Store ▸ Account ▶ Updates to be sure you have the latest patch. 4. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app (your purchases and Cloud-saved data will be restored on login). 5. Still stuck? Open a support ticket and include your iOS version, device model, and a short screen recording of the crash.
app purchase or subion on a new device? Launch the app ▸ Settings ▶ Restore Purchases and authenticate with the same Apple ID used to buy the item. For subions, sign in with the account originally used; the App Store will auto-detect an active plan and unlock premium features instantly.
1. Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID that completed the purchase. 2. Tap Restore Purchases (see Q2). 3. Check that your payment method is valid in Settings ▶ Apple ID ▶ Payments & Shipping. 4. If Apple lists the subion as “Pending,” it may take a few minutes. Reopen the app after 15 minutes. 5. If your bank declined the charge, update the card and try again.
On your iPhone: Settings ▶ Apple ID (your name) ▶ Subions ▶ [App Name] ▶ Cancel Subion. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. We cannot cancel it for you, because Apple handles billing directly.
